Ghar dudhi sali chutney

Ingredients:
Lauki peel - from 1 lauki/bottle gourd
Green chillies - 6 to 8
Tamarind - 1/4 tsp
Chana dal 1tbs
Urad dal 1tbs
Jeera - 1 tsp
Roast all ingredients in a little oil.

Grind with the ingredients below.
coconut 1/2 cup
cilantro 15 stems
salt.


For seasoning
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
curry leaves

Season the chutney .
